DATA PROTECTION:

ICAMCyL Foundation, hereinafter ICAMCyL, complies with the guidelines of the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data, the European Data Protection Regulation and current regulations. It also ensures the correct use and treatment of the user's personal data. To this purpose, together with each personal data collection form, in any services that the user may request from ICAMCyL, we will inform the user of the existence and acceptance of the conditions in which his/her data will be processed in each case, informing him/her of the responsibility of the file created, the address of the person in charge, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the data collection and the communication of this data to third parties where appropriate.

Likewise, the ICAMCyL informs that we comply with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce and will request your express consent to the processing of your email for commercial purposes, use of cookies and the activity file at any time. The provider on his/her own or the third party hired for the provision of analytics services, may use cookies when a user browses the website. Cookies are files sent to the browser through a web server in order to record the user's activities during their browsing time. The cookies used by the website are only associated with an anonymous user and his/her computer, and do not provide the user's personal data. SECURITY

PRIVACY OF UNDER-AGE USERS

Following the instructions of the AEPD, children under 14 must not transfer their personal data to the ICAMCyL without the prior consent of their parents or guardians. With the publication of the RGPD, the determination of the age to consent to the transfer of personal data between 13 and 16 years is foreseen, an issue that is currently to be defined.

In the event that the ICAMCyL detects users on the web that could be under 14, it reserves the right to request a copy of their ID, or, where appropriate, the authorization of their parents or guardians, causing their withdrawal in case they fail to prove compliance with this requirement or there is a lack of response.

ARCO RIGHTS

At any time the web user may modify their preferences for commercial shipments, as well as exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) provided in the Organic Law of Protection of Personal Data, through a written communication addressed to the ICAMCyL, to the postal address Parque Tecnológico de León, C/ Julia Morros S/N, Ed. If you do not wish to receive communications by email, you can exercise your right of cancellation and opposition by requesting your cancellation also by ordinary or electronic mail, in addition to the link you will have in each email that you receive from ICAMCyL.

DATA TRANSFER:

ICAMCyL informs web users that their personal data will not be transferred to third parties or organizations except when the transfer of data is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of the service implies the need for a contractual relationship with suppliers of data processing services. In the latter case, the transfer of data to the third party will only be carried out when the ICAMCyL has the express consent of the user and maintains a contractual relationship with the person in charge of the data processing that guarantees confidentiality and compliance.

ICAMCyL expressly prohibits the user of the website from sharing, facilitating or transferring data from third parties, which he/she could obtain from the contact, interaction or navigation or consultation through this website, except if he/she could accredit the express authorization of the user whose data he intends give.

We remind web users that DATA also includes image files of people. The personal image is a data protected by the regulations (Article 5.1 of the LOPD). Therefore, no one can use it without the express consent of the person who appears in it.
